I have a '78 K10 that I can get the gear, pump and hoses off of , but I don't know what shape they are in. .
Is the box all greasy from leaking for a long time? If it's dry it's probably in useable shape. Seals usually go bad from bearings allowing too much movement. It's a pretty easy upgrade to do, especially if you plan on running those big tires,
