As you will notice this is the "welcome" forum for guys to say hello and to welcome new bolters. However not everyone visits here so to get an answer to your question you will get better results and more info posting it in the Paint & Body forum. I'm sure you will get answers there.
My opinion would be to sand it down, put in some filler, prime and paint....but I'm no body man!!
