I have bought one good tool from Harbor. It was a Cambell-Hausefield compressor, made in USA. I have bought maybe a dozen inferior tools from there. The last 2 tools I bought there broke on the first use and had to be returned for refund. That's 2 separate 100 mile round trips to return junk. I won't be back.
