There are a few S-10 swaps on the HAMB. Not sure that I would do a chassis swap if you have a good frame to start with.

I also would not advocate a M2 swap (I just dont like them)

My advise would be keep the straight axle and go with a Toyota MR2 hydro-electric pump for the power steering. If you cant find one, I do have a source for a 2gpm continuous duty 12V DC power unit.
