If you have a good steering box,king pins and every thing greased up they really dont need power steering as they are not that heavy of a vehicle,if you have a health reason to need it I can see adding it and with the small cab there is not much room to manuver around in there. I noticed a big difference going to the 41-6 box and with me being over 6 foot tall and about 220 pounds it does just fine with out p/s with the stock steering wheel,I would hate to see you put it on a late model frame as you have to do a bunch of cutting to get them to fit and will loose some bed space as the frames have a kick up behind the cab.
