Larry, While searching for that NOS carb, why don't you get a NEW Holley-Webber from Langdong's Stovebolt. They are inexpensive and new, comes with an adaptor to bolt to your stock manifold. I'm sure there are NOS carbs on ebay or in Hemmings, also Hemmings has tons of carb builders. Best of luck.
