Tom Langdon is a great resource he'll be able to tell you for sure if you give him a call.
If I recall, when I did my 3 Carb setup, he was recommending the Holley Webers for Dual setups and the Carter Webers for 3 or more setups because the Holley's had a slightly higher CFM.
In my case the electric choke was nice, just one wire on a switch under the edge of the dash to the middle carb. I ended up removing and capping off the rear choke to help clear the firewall on mine. Tom said you only need one hooked up.
