| | | | Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,733 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,733 | Heat treated frames still have often stickers on them from the factory stating "DO NOT DRILL OR WELD FLANGES". So I am pretty sure that is what it said or something to that effect even though the oldies were no heat treated material. If may have also said something about drilling in the first two feet back of cab as that is where 90% of frames fail. | | |
