Gutless turning slow is not a sign you need more carburator.

What do you mean be gutless? What are you trying to do? Are you towing big loads, going fast, or trying to accelerate fast?

Gutless going slow means you don't have enough low end torque for your desired result. No two barrel swap is going to fix that unless it also fixes something that is broken in your current setup.
