Cutting the pitman arm with a torch! Don't cut all the way and it should come off.
46 halfton, Have you tried lots & lots of pressure on the pitman arm puller then smacking it with a hammer out on the end? That usally does it. Be sure to leave the nut on, but loose so the whole mess doesn't fly off and hit you in the leg......
