I'm planning to use a remote spin on oil filter base with a filter my FLAPS says is for gasoline and fits in place of a PH8A filter. It costs cabout 14.00;I know that's a lot of money for a fuel filter,but this is a big filter.I figure to bolt it to the frame where the fuel line makes the turn to go from the tank to the fuel pump.I don't remember the part number of this filter,but when I get it,if you're interested I'll post it. just the thing for these old 'bolts with half a tank of mud.
