Those are cab clearance lights that mount as an assembly. As I remember, there was an 'L' bracket that attached to each end, and was then attached to the cab roof. Do you have any more hardware with the setup? The last time I looked at one of those setups was sometime in 1968 when I replaced a set with individual lamps (on a '52 flatbed).
