There is some small nuts on the back you have to screw off each guage. I'm not sure now but I think they are 3/8 or 7/16. I can't remember but I do know you can get to them good with a nut driver. Once you take the nuts off the guages come out the back of the dash and the chrome bezel comes with them.
I would probably take the speedo out first and then work through that hole unless it does not need to come out. Once you get them loose then you can "drop them down" to get the wires loose if you have enough slack. It does help to be able to lay upside down on your back!!
