Every vehicle I've ever owned had a "sticky" steering wheel when it got humid. My '03 F150's steering wheel got dirty enough that it was sticky when humid. That stuff seems almost impossible to get clean so I put a cover over the steering wheel and now it's getting sticky so it's time to replace it again.
