Denny...I never mentioned they would fit an AD backplate,as I noticed John1950 was using an S10 rear end.
I'm quite sure a call to Lokars Tech Dept might throw up some solutions.....

As far as cutting to length, the conduits are pretty straight forward and the cables are cut at the 'front end' and attached to the front clevis with the long hex sleeve. It secures to the cable by 2 heavy grub screws.
Seems to work fine in mine,and I need a fully functioning parking brake for the UK M.O.T test (annual inspection)


I agree it's always better to use OEM parts where possible but in my case that wasn't an option.As I mentioned I am more than happy.....
