Don't see how those would attach to the AD backing plates with out a bracket and it sure isn't clear how they can be cut to length. We installed a replacement from one of the popular vintage vendors and they too leave a lot to be desired over the original cables. They could actually be a little bit longer than they are, they just barley made it to the forged frame brackets. DG
