IM FAR FROM AN EXPERT on the vacume wipers but sure sounds like you need a rebuild on the wiper motors or at minimum some lubin up of all the movin parts, the vacume wipers need to be able to move freely.
Im sure the Elders will chime in an guide ya on this fix. | | |
