For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 3,596 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 3,596 | That is what I did I bought the caps I wanted off Ebay (originals) some painted a couple chrome and then I used Appliance Enamel designed for painting appliances, tough, looks good and comes in a nice white. The I masked and sprayed the letters using vaseline, and tape. Final prep with toothpicks, let it dry about 5-minutes and then pull tape, carefully wipe off the vaseline final cleanup done with round double pointed toothpicks. Don't have a close-up but they turned out good. http://community.webshots.com/photo/2693530320102454676QwJfhG | | |
