Any local auto store will have new plugs. They also have the anti-foul adapters. Its just a extension you screw on to your plug. Holds heat in the plug tip to keep oil burnt off better. Same idea as putting a hotter heat range of plug in the one hole. Be sure to get a new valve cover gasket if yours is very old.
