Actually a friend modified the spindles to accept Chevy S-10 disc brakes and had made a bracket for the caliper. I do not have any patterns but there are several companies that have this stuff, including Buffalo Ent that I mentioned. The 40-48 Chevy passenger is a very good front end, only issue is the upper A arm shocks, I had mine rebuilt, but also Buffalo has a kit to ad tube shocks if yours are worn out. Since I had a complete 54 torque tube (3:55 gear ratio) that made me think it's time to go 5 lug in front and the kit made that happen. I'm still using the stock master cyl btw and next addition is a kit from Buffalo to adapt a dual reservoir unit. Buffalo's kit to use a modern non power GM steering box is great, the old girl steers better than ever. There is a photo of this coupe on Langdon's Stovebolt.com look in Rides 40s cars.
