if it doesnt have the bolt in it, it should come off, I would think a puller would do it, mine came off in my 52 a few yrs ago while drivin,,it just has the locking keys in it, now it appears it has loosen up again, I just try to make sure my belts are tight,,you might try to squirt some of that oil that helps rusty stuff come out.. good luck with it,,Fred
