Holdens probably did the conversion to right hand drive. I know its
US built because of the cab, beltline around the back, US doors, US knobs and winders and the wind-out windshield with the handle on the dash.
Canadian trucks had none of these.
I really think to forget about a car trailer, you'l find you will be too long and attract a fair deal of attention and besides, the steel in that ole truck is HEAVY.
Better to find somebody with a flatbed truck and put the whole thing on the back for the journey.
