Looking at your photos, it looks like you may have a Chevrolet "Maple Leaf". Looking at the photo that shows the side of the hood, it looks as if the "Maple Leaf" Emblems have been removed from above the side louvers. I have one of those "Maple Leaf" emblems, here on my desk, & it's the same shape as that area, on your hood, where the emblem would be. If it is a "Maple Leaf", it could be a 2 ton, 2 1/2 ton, or 3 ton truck. That No. "2153", I believe would be a Trim number for a Canadien/Holden built truck. Are there any other numbers.
