Thanks again all to replied. I have had too much time to research this and now I am leaning toward putting in a T5 5 speed. Seems like I could keep the rear gearing for now and still get overdrive. Then eventually could regear the backend to something like 3.73 or the 3.55 if really needed. Seems like I could make either swap for about the same dollar amount, or cheaper if a reasonable tranny could be found and a mechanic could help me out on the weekend. Volunteers?
