...And it wouldn't be a bad idea to get a C-clip eliminator kit while you're at it. You could do without it, but if the C-clips ever fail, there is nothing stopping the axle, with the wheel, from pulling out of the differential and passing you on the highway. I have seen this happen before. In all other respects, the Chevy 12-bolt is an excellent rear end.
