I am looking at 1968-72 C20s. All I see listed are AT, no 4 speeds unless the rig is also 4WD. I would prefer a manual tranny. What say you, oh wise sages? Should I hold out for a manual or buy the 350 auto?
Follow up to that query: is the THM 350 preferred to the Muncie 4 speed? What are the concerns/pitfalls with either type?
My requirements: hauling yard supplies, occasional hunting. No camper, no boat, no stumps to pull.
