Hey welcome mark, we need more panel owners, good to have you. I see you also posed this question in the panel and 'burbs. You can also post it in 'paint and body'. My first thought is to use the good door and move the components into it. Either way, it's a lot of work, but all this restoration stuff involves a lot of work.
