For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: May 2009 Posts: 6 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: May 2009 Posts: 6 | hey guys new guy here I have a 51 chevy 3100 panel truck and I've been trying to get the body attached to the frame again. I have a door that has been wrecked and has a 3 inch in depth dent in it but the window still rolls up and down locks work ,everything is cool ,but I cant get the old bolts out of the door to get the components out ,all the rest of the bolts Ive gotten out I ve broken them so I'm expecting something bad to happen .On the positive side I have another door ready to go,just the door shell no copenents in it.The question is I thought of chopping the door half way down from the copenents down and use the donor half to replace the chopped half I would leave pics in the gallery but I havnt figured out how to download pics yet | | |
