Jock, so for the windshield I should ask for (soft) green laminated, and for the sides and rear, tempered (soft) green? As for the thickness, I am unable to measure the ones in the truck right now, as I am home. But you mentioned 5mm? Is that standard? Is auto glass measured in SAE, metric, or both?
I will insure the glass shop know it is for a 1946 Chevrolet truck, and use original glass for the templates. Great info.
