Dakota, You can't imagine how helpful that was!!! Can I ask one more favor.
Can you tell me if the 1960 and 1962 series 10 spindles are the same and what newer years they interchange with?
Thanks Long, I've also found that the ball joints backing plates and drums are also the same.
A stock set of ball bearings for the 1960-61 series 10 cost about $275 dollars. at it happens I have to replace at least one spindle and one hub on this truck and it would appear that if I replace both spindles and both hubs with 1962 up stuff, I can update the bearings to much better roller bearings that will only cost $40 a set.
I'll post a picture as soon as it's back on all four.
