Michael- I've been watching this post since it started. I like your concept of keeping you 49 heavy duty. That 700 is not good for a work vehicle. Pick up the pickup with the engine and trans, as well as the front suspension you need. Your truck will not easily swallow a small-block, much less a big block with stock suspension.
