I've been researching Chevy pickup IFS swaps onto these trucks for a while. Just minutes ago I returned a phone call from a guy who contacted me out of the blue about some parts. In conversation it turns out he has a '53 Chevy 1-ton he recently converted to an IFS.
Tomorrow I'll visit his shop to check out the parts and look that truck over. If it seems comfortable I might offer to drive it just to get a feel for what its like.
I'll take pictures and share whatever I learn.
