I looked at your link to the welder. The literature indicates you indeed have all the 'gas-ready' goodies on board already, so you only need a tank of shielding gas. Your best value would be to purchase a small 'owner' tank. They are real inexpensive and you will always use it. Talk to your local welding supply counter person.
