| | | | Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 293 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 293 | I installed the flywheel on my 235 and then I read the Shop Manual (note to self: do this in the opposite order next time). The Shop Manual says to apply Goodyear Pliabond #3 between the flywheel and the crankshaft. I didn't do it. Would you advise me to remove the flywheel and do it over, or ignore the recommendation for Pliabond? If I do it over, is there a modern equivalent to Pliabond #3? What does this stuff do, anyway? | | |
