I wouldn't remove the doors until i was sure it wasn't going to twist.
Do all cab sheet metal with cab still on frame and make sure doors are on correctly.
If you can leave the doors on and locked in place then you won't lose the configuration,hopefully. Then it is possible to pick off any way mentioned above. Or lean it over backwards to get to bottom and frame.
This is from someone who pulled cab prematurely and has been fighting with it ever since.
