We used a backhoe with 2x6s with straps on each end running across the door openings. Used the backhoe to lift straight up. A fork lift could work too.
Man power could get it done, but by the time you get 4-6 guys rounded up and to your shop at the same time 2 people and a backhoe could of done it ten times over.
