I see that ...it looks handy and I appreciate it...there is just so much crud and stuff I may be missing it on the front...may have to break out heavier artillery for crud removal than my little wire brush...as for those #'s in the back I may try their suggestions of making rubbings with foil or playdoh...sounds like it could help...one thing is for sure,this is going to make me work
I can't really see the alt being in the way a prob because I can see clearly where the head and block meet..there is a freeze plug spot just below that and if there are #'s there they must be very faint...I am not gonna give up on this tho...
