in my other 67, with the 250 the alt is on the Dr
side...
in this one the alt is on the pass side and there was a couple old brackets no longer in play...looked like prob for a/c and or pwr steering pump...so no telling about this eng...
gonna have to find some #'s or some kind of distinguishing characteristics...I noticed it has what I have heard called a clutch fan..not sure when those started showing up...
I found my smaller wire brush tonite,tomm I'll scrape off both sides by the areas bolters have suggested and see what I can come up with..
I hit the motor with some degreaser today but it didn't reveal anything by itself...gonna have to try some elbow grease and wire
