No problem David. I like a little grease on the threads and back side only of the flares, I use a silicone grease made for brake assembly, much like Denny pointed out. Most of the time they go right in with out any problem, but the ones that do leak, the grease lets me get them just a bit tighter and most of the time seal them.
Thats what so good about this site, you can get four or five different ideas for the same problem. Joe
