The one you linked on e-bay is a typical unit at a great price. It has all the regular options, more than you would ever want, and I'll bet it's cheaper than even a static converter. You can mount the drive on the wall and stick a small aluminum or plastic enclosure right on the mill with FWD and REV momentary pushbuttons and a nice speed pot. I think they are the neatest thing since canned milk.
