I found an old 35 hp 3 phase grain bin motor for cheap and a bunch of capsitors for free and wired up a rotary. But, I don't need variable speed (well I could use it on the lathe). I run a 7 hp table saw, 5 hp dust collector, and 5 hp lathe. All is conduit hardwired. Like my setup.
