If you click on "full sized" up in the right-hand corner of the webshots page, there is an explaination of the correct balancer/waterpump combination that will be enlarged so you can read it. I've been running this setup for 2 years with NO overheating issues.....runs thermostat (180) temperature even with the A/C.

If you note on the adaptor plate, the water ports are reduced in size while the so-called "short pump" mounts into the block itself.
