I work in the school bus garage here in town and install harnesses all the time. We have a few booster seats installed now that might work. They look like a seat you would use at a stadium, just a simple foam back and bottom, but hook up much like the one pictured. The foam raises the kids up so they can see out and it lets the belts work a little better.
