Your at the right place. There is a couple good carb men around that can help you. I'd put it in the ENGINE forum and you'll get quicker and more repsonses.
I would recommend taking it a part of a good cleaning and put a new accelerator pump it and be sure to check the float levels. There are complete kits avaiable.
Thats my opinon but the pros will chip in later.
