I've had pretty good luck with Progressive.
Some joker hit me from behind this last summer, hard enough to fold my back bumper. Pushed me into the car ahead hard enough to crack my front bumper.
Damage They carried the insurance on his car as well. Called me up and asked what I wanted, then sent a check. no problems.
