I went to the junkyard and cut the rubber mat from the cargo area of a work van.
It was about 4'x8', big enough to make a full mat for my Apache and a 4x4 mat for our front door. It was $15. I had to scrub it, and it's not super pretty, but I plan on having dirty feet a lot when I get in my truck anyway.
