I finally bought some heavy duty rubber and made my own. You can see it in the pictures of my truck on my web site. I think it looks pretty good. As far as insulation, most everyone I know has used the foil insulation with the bubbles between the foil layers on each side. It's light weight, easy to cut to fit and seems to work pretty well. I have it all down my firewall (inside) and under the floor mat.
