hey guys, i have been lurking for a couple of weeks because i am getting a 56 2ton and have been doing some research.
ive hunted through the gallery several times, google image searches, and posted up in other forums and so far i have really only found resto's and survivors.
has anybody modded out a some of the bog bolts with newer big axles? disk brakes? big deisel motors? custom flat beds?
i have seen lots of $$$$$ c.o.e's that are dedicated show haulers. but most of those are just 73+ dually frames.
i love the conventional cab trucks, especaily the wreckers.
i have some more dumb newb ??? that i will save for later but i was hoping to get some more ideas to run with for now. thanks.
grig has the air start detroit :jealous: and i would like to run a 453 or 6v53. im am looking at bus air bag suspensions and medium duty hydro disk brake axles, i would also like a 3126 cat and a nv5600 but thats wishful thinking.....
