Looks pretty clean!

Few things I noticed right off:
1, Remote oil filter, if you use it the book calls for minimum of 1" flex hose and the matching fittings. Also the filter housing looks undersized, you would want this Detroit housing, and the much larger filter http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2559057530080251109rweveK
Or you could swap the remote adapter for a spin-on filter housing right on the block.
2, The water outlets on the heads should have thermostat housings http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2703896310080251109gPjxtT
3, Didn't see any fuel filters, but ether way, if you want the spin on type the housings are approx $30 each new, you need a primary (before the fuel pump) and a secondary (after the fuel pump).
