sowsear46 Member S Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 68 Hale Center Tx	You might try disconecting the tach from the distributor or coil which ever it is hooked up to. I have had problems with tachs causing problems simular to what you describe before. it wont cost anythingto unhook the tach wire if tyha aint it you can just hook it back up
